Brian Reyes is the Founder and Managing Principal of Tangram Commercial Real Estate. Prior to entering commercial real estate brokerage, Brian was a Partner at a local Wealth Management Firm in Orange County. Since 2012, when Brian started his career in commercial real estate, he has represented tenants in their office leasing transactions, landlords in their portfolio leasing operations and investors with their commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions. Having sat where many of his clients sit today – office tenant, business owner and owner of commercial real estate – he has genuine empathy for their situation, and thoroughly understands the mindset of executive management. He looks beyond the real estate and helps his clients make better business decisions when it comes to effectively integrating their real estate needs with their business goals. Many brokerage commercial real estate professionals only understand one facet of the commercial real estate world. By having worked and completed transactions in many facets of commercial real estate, Brian’s understanding of the technical aspects of his craft, in combination with his business acumen and strong negotiation skills, allow him to advocate for his clients at the highest possible level.
Brian is a proud UC Irvine alum and dedicated commercial real estate expert based in Irvine, Orange County. Balancing a thriving career with a vibrant family life, Brian shares his home with his wonderful wife and their two energetic children. When he’s not guiding clients through their real estate ventures, you’ll find Brian cherishing moments with family and friends, embodying the perfect blend of professionalism and personable charm. Beyond the office, Brian keeps his adventurous spirit alive through indoor rock climbing, a hobby that fuels his passion for staying active and embracing challenges.


His love for travel, sparked by his wife's enthusiasm, has taken him and his family to over 40 countries, enriching their lives with diverse cultures and unforgettable experiences. This shared passion for exploration also extends underwater, where Brian and his wife are proud PADI Advanced Open Water certified scuba divers. Brian often likens scuba diving to a journey into space, saying, "If you've ever been interested in going into space to visit another planet... that experience is here in our own 'backyard!' You have to play by different rules. You experience zero gravity, and for the moment you move and live among creatures that you will never be able to do while you are on land."
